How to help your child manage exam stress

It’s important to understand that your child may well be feeling worried at this time, and that this is normal. As we head towards the main exam time it's worth revising how we can support young people at what can be a very stressful time. Encourage them to talk about their concerns and reassure them that their feelings are valid and that you are there to support them.
