At Woolwich Poly we are committed to the development of all our staff.

Staff have a range of CPD options available to them, including providers from outside as well as an in-house programme of rolling CPD items.

We ensure that beginner teachers, school direct and newly qualified teachers have a weekly programme of CPD which has impact upon their successes as teachers.

Common areas for pedagogical development are gathered to inform the school’s in-house CPD to ensure that our school motto of ‘Success for Everyone’ applies to our staff as much as it does our students.
