"Mission Chaos" challenges young writers to craft compelling mini sagas -stories of up to 100 words -centred around the theme of chaos. Whether capturing the everyday disorder of a teenager’s room or the gripping intensity of an apocalyptic disaster, the competition encourages students to explore chaos in its many forms.

Selected stories are published in Young Writers’ anthologies, celebrating creativity and storytelling talent. This year, seven students from Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys impressed the judges with their vivid narratives, earning a spot in the latest collection!
